BEFORE WE DIG IN

Before reviewing, I signed up with Belle, recorded the process, and gathered the key info you need to see if it’s a good fit. This review follows NNC’s Price & Trust Transparency Score methodology, which evaluates providers across true cost analysis and safety & legitimacy.

Disclosure: I’m a paid contributor to NutritionNC.com and was not compensated by Belle for this review.

Step 1: Sign up and complete your intake.

Head to joinbelle.com and start the online visit. The intake runs about 10 minutes, covers your full health history, and asks for the last four digits of your SSN or driver’s license for ID. It is longer than most, but I appreciated that Belle did not stuff ads between every question or request an awkward full body photo.

Step 2: Select your medication and plan.

Belle offers compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide injections, plus branded Wegovy and Zepbound pens. Monthly plans as well as three-month and six-month bundles are available, with bundle discounts that drop the per-month price significantly.

Step 3: Provider reviews your file.

No live video visit is required, though you can request one at no extra charge. A provider reached out the next day and got back to me promptly. My prescription was approved within 24 hours of intake.

Step 4: Medication ships overnight.

My package arrived within 24 hours of approval. Tracking was visible in both my email and the patient portal. Shipping is included at no extra cost. It was a true 48-hour turnaround.

Step 5: Receive your medication and start treatment.

The package included insulated packaging, two large non-sweat ice packs, the medication safely tucked into a small inner box with a ziplock seal, extra sharps and alcohol wipes, and a pharmacy info sheet covering injection and storage.

Step 6: Stay connected through your care team.

Reach the care team by phone, text, or in-portal messaging for check-ins and dose adjustments. A six-month check-in keeps your file current. Belle also runs a weekly live dietitian webinar where you can submit questions in advance.

Insurance Eligibility

Not accepted

Belle does not accept insurance for any treatment, including branded Wegovy and Zepbound.

Belle serves patients in all 50 states, but your own local telehealth laws may apply.

Customer Support

Limited

Belle offers phone support at 888-541-6003, text support at 877-359-1724, in-portal chat (human 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday–Friday, AI off-hours), and email at care@joinbelle.com. Across every channel I tested, support was fast, polite, and human. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had reviewing a GLP-1 clinic.

Coaching & Lifestyle

Included

Belle includes a weekly live webinar with a registered dietitian where patients can submit questions in advance and get answers live. There is no structured behavior coaching, fitness program, or patient community.

1 The safety and efficacy of compounded, oral, and microdosed meds, as well as those that have not been inspected and approved by the FDA, cannot be guaranteed.

For my review, I tested and scored Belle across six key areas that matter most: true cost, legitimacy, patient support, shipping standards, transparency, and real customer feedback.

Here’s everything I found:

True Cost Analysis

How clear and fair is Belle’s pricing?

Belle is one of the few clinics with a pricing tab right at the top of the homepage that actually shows real, accurate prices. No first-month bait. No surprise fees at checkout. At $199/month for compounded semaglutide injections (and as low as $119/month on the six-month bundle), it lands at the mid-to-low end of the market.

KEY OBSERVATIONS

Belle puts its prices on a top-nav tab and shows monthly, 3-month, and 6-month bundle prices for every medication. No login required.

What you see at the top of the site is what you pay at checkout. No hidden membership, lab, or shipping fees added on.

Belle does not appear to push pricing in its ads, which means no first-month promo to lure you in and then bump the rate.

Pricing Breakdown

Not included

Lab work is not required and not included. If your provider wants labs, you’ll need to arrange those on your own.

None

There is no separate platform or membership fee. Your monthly cost is the medication price only.

Safety & Legitimacy

Is this provider trustworthy and properly licensed?

Belle is LegitScript certified and HIPAA compliant, lists its licensed prescribers with photos on the site, and operates from a verifiable US address. The only red flag is that of Belle’s four publicly listed pharmacy partners, two have notable regulatory history.

KEY OBSERVATIONS

Belle holds active LegitScript certification, the industry gold standard for online healthcare providers.

Belle lists four pharmacy partners. BPI Labs and Olympia Pharmaceuticals carry public regulatory history. The Pharmacy Hub and VitalRx Pharmacy show no disciplinary action I could verify.

Belle Health, LLC is registered at 621 E 12300 S Suite B, Draper, UT 84020. Verifiable and clearly listed.

Credentials Breakdown

LegitScript Certification Verified

LegitScript certification is the industry gold standard for online healthcare providers, and Belle’s certification shows it meets rigorous standards for safety, compliance, and trustworthy online practices.

HIPAA Compliant Perfect

Belle’s HIPAA privacy notice has its own tab in the website footer, which is a nice touch. Most clinics bury HIPAA inside the privacy policy and make you hunt for it.

Clean Provider Records Minor issues

Belle’s licensed medical providers are listed on the site with photos and descriptions, which I always appreciate. The concern is on the pharmacy side. Belle works with four pharmacies: BPI Labs (Largo, FL), VitalRx Pharmacy (Pearland, TX), The Pharmacy Hub (Miami, FL), and Olympia Pharmaceuticals (Orlando, FL).

Two have notable regulatory history. BPI Labs received an FDA Warning Letter in March 2025 over its epinephrine nasal solution, for which the FDA recommended a recall, and it was previously referred to the Florida Board of Pharmacy back in 2021. Olympia Pharmaceuticals has a 2022 California State Board of Pharmacy Accusation over labeling and registration issues, and a May 2024 FDA Form 483 for missing 503B reports. No FDA warning letter on Olympia.

The other two appear clean. The Pharmacy Hub shows no discipline on file and no public complaints in the Florida DOH database. VitalRx Pharmacy has no FDA warning letter or state board actions I could verify. (Note: A similarly named but unrelated “Vitals RX” did receive an FDA warning letter in September 2025, but it is not the same pharmacy.)

Additionally, Belle received an FDA warning letter in February of 2026 and was cited for misbranding after putting Belle labels on compounded GLP-1s.

US Address Perfect

621 E 12300 S Suite B, Draper, UT 84020. Verifiable and clearly listed.

Patient Support & Comprehensive Care

How easy is it to get help from real people?

This is where Belle shines. Across every support channel I tested (phone, text, chat, email) I reached a real human quickly and got polite, helpful answers. The site advertises “real clinicians, real support, real humans on the other end” and, for once, the advertising matched the experience.

KEY OBSERVATIONS

The chat says it can take up to two hours for a response. I got a real person right away during business hours.

Calling 888-541-6003 connected me to a helpful human after a short hold. No long phone tree, no being shuffled around.

Email replies from care@joinbelle.com came within 24 hours, polite and direct. With most clinics I’ve waited days.

Support & Care Breakdown

Live Chat Human/AI

Chat is staffed by humans from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with AI handling off-hours. Belle’s AI says it can take up to two hours to hear back, but during business hours I got a real human response almost immediately.

Phone Support Human

Phone support at 888-541-6003 connects you to a human after a short hold. There is no long menu tree. You can also text support at 877-359-1724 if calling isn’t your thing. This is the most direct phone experience I’ve had with a GLP-1 clinic.

Email Human

Email at care@joinbelle.com had a roughly 24-hour turnaround for me, with polite and helpful replies. Many clinics make you wait days, so this stood out.

Clinical Access & Oversight Good

You can reach your care team by phone or text for check-ins and dose adjustments. Belle requires an intake form for your first order, which a provider reviews and approves before prescribing, plus a six-month check-in to keep your file current.

Medication Handling & Shipping Standards

How well shipped and packaged are the medications?

Belle nailed this section. My package arrived within 48 hours of intake, insulated and cold, with everything organized and ready to go. Cold-chain shipping, packaging, supplies, and tracking were all handled the way they should be.

KEY OBSERVATIONS

An insulated package sat inside the FedEx box with two large non-sweat ice packs. The ice packs were still cool on arrival, and the medication was at a safe temperature.

Belle included extra sharps and an above-average stack of alcohol wipes. A single pharmacy info sheet covered injection and storage.

Tracking arrived in both my email and the patient portal. Overnight shipping landed within 24 hours of approval.

Shipping Standards Breakdown

Cold-Chain Shipping Standards Perfect

The medication arrived in an insulated package inside a FedEx box, sandwiched between two large non-sweat ice packs. Both ice packs were still cool when I opened the box, and the medication was at a safe temperature. Cold chain done right.

Packaging Quality & Security Perfect

The medication sat in a small box inside a small ziplock, tightly packed between the two ice packs. Nothing shifted in transit, nothing was loose, and the vial was intact. Clean, secure, and well-organized.

Supplies & Instructions Perfect

Belle included all required injection supplies, plus extra sharps and an above-average count of alcohol wipes. A single pharmacy info sheet covered injection technique and storage. No prefilled syringes, so you draw and inject yourself, but the instructions were clear enough to follow.

Tracking & Delivery Perfect

The package arrived within 48 hours of intake. Tracking was provided in both email and the patient portal.

Transparent Operations

How honest is Belle in its policies and communications?

Belle is one of the more transparent clinics I’ve reviewed. Pricing is plainly listed at the top of the site, cancellation is a few clicks in the patient portal, patient images appear authentic, and there are no aggressive sales tactics or unverifiable media badges.

KEY OBSERVATIONS

You can easily find cancellation in the patient portal under “treatments” then “plan” then “end subscription.” No email runarounds.

I did not see media logos, awards, or partnership claims requiring verification on Belle’s site.

No countdown timers, no urgency pop-ups, and no forced upsells during checkout or in the patient portal.

Operations Breakdown

Cancellation and Post-Cancellation Billing Perfects

Cancel anytime in the patient portal. Go to “treatments,” click “plan,” then “end subscription.” It takes effect immediately, and no charges occur after cancellation.

Clear Pricing and Policies Perfect

Belle is one of the few clinics with a pricing tab at the top of the site that actually shows real pricing for every medication and bundle length. No login wall or scavenger hunt.

Accuracy and Authenticity of Images Perfect

Patient and outcome images on Belle’s site appear authentic and not AI-generated.

Advertised Pricing Accuracy Perfect

Belle does not appear to push price-based ads I could verify, and the on-site pricing matches what’s charged at checkout. No first-month bait-and-switch.

Media and Third-Party Validation Perfect

No “as seen on” logos or testing claims that needed primary-source verification. Belle keeps the site free of unverifiable badges.

Marketing Practices and Sales Pressure Perfect

No countdown timers, no urgency messaging, no forced upsells. You can browse, intake, and check out without feeling rushed.

Clarity Around Medication Types and Limitations Minor issues

Belle clearly states that compounded medications are not FDA approved, which is the disclosure I want to see. It does not carry oral compounded GLP-1s, so there’s less to disclose there, but a deeper explanation of the trade-offs between branded and compounded options would round this out.

100

Patient Reviews & Real Experiences

What do recent customers think?

Belle’s public reputation lines up with my hands-on experience. It carries a 4.4 on Trustpilot, an A+ on the BBB, and a mostly positive (if mixed) presence on Reddit. Belle’s responses to public reviews look genuinely tailored, not copy-pasted templates.

KEY OBSERVATIONS

Belle holds a 4.4 on Trustpilot, with a mix of mostly positive reviews citing fast shipping, pricing, and support.

The BBB lists Belle Health LLC with an A+ rating. No “pattern of complaints” alerts on the profile.

Reddit discussion is mixed: Many patients praise pricing and effectiveness, while others cite customer service complaints, medication shortages, and pharmacy concerns.

Who Should Use Belle?

  • If reachable, human customer service is your top priority, then Belle is the clinic to beat. Phone, text, chat, and email all reached a real person quickly, and the responses were polite and helpful.
  • If you want flat-rate, transparent pricing for compounded GLP-1s, Belle will deliver. Compounded semaglutide starts at $199/month and drops to as low as $119/month on the six-month bundle, and all pricing is visible before intake.
  • If overnight delivery and clean cold-chain shipping matter to you, you’ve found it. My medication arrived within 24 hours of approval, packed between two large ice packs in an insulated box.
  • If you want a dietitian in the loop without paying for a separate coaching program, you’ll love Belle’s weekly live webinar. You can submit questions in advance to a registered dietitian and get answers live each week.

Who is Belle Not For?

  • If pharmacy regulatory history is a hard line for you, then Belle’s partner list is worth a close read. Two of its four pharmacies (BPI Labs and Olympia Pharmaceuticals) carry public regulatory history, and a clinic like OrderlyMeds or Fridays may feel safer.
  • If you want oral compounded GLP-1s, microdose options, or a wider menu of formats, Belle won’t fit. Mochi Health and ShedRx carry a much wider selection.
  • If you need insurance coverage for branded GLP-1s like Wegovy or Zepbound, then Belle is not your clinic. Insurance is not accepted for any treatment, including the branded pens.
  • If you want structured behavior change, fitness coaching, or a patient community, then Belle is too light here. A weekly dietitian webinar is the extent of lifestyle programming. Henry Meds or MEDVi include deeper coaching at no extra cost.

Final Verdict

OVERALL SCORE

91

Belle scores 92/100. Its standout strength is best-in-class customer service paired with perfect medication handling and overnight shipping.

The trade-offs are real but few. Two of four pharmacy partners carry regulatory history that’s worth knowing about, and pricing for branded Wegovy and Zepbound is full cash-pay, with no insurance support.

If responsive human support, transparent pricing, and clean shipping are what you’re after, Belle is one of the easiest clinics to recommend.

Take the first step toward better health. Get evaluated now.
