How well shipped and packaged are the medications?
Willow’s packaging genuinely impressed me: non-sweat ice packs in thick insulated packaging, vacuum-sealed medication, extra supplies, and even a pharmacy magnet for tracking your dose schedule. The one letdown is tracking. I could find no shipping info in the patient portal, and the delivery email arrived two days after the package was already at my door.

This is where Willow dropped the ball. There was no tracking information anywhere in the patient portal. The only notification I received was a delivery confirmation email, and it arrived two full days after the package was already on my doorstep, with a tracking number attached. By the time you get the email, it’s useless. The medication itself arrived quickly within the two-day shipping wind, but I could have done without the maladroit notification experience.
