Since I don’t always want to give a clinic or service a bad review until I’ve sought clarification, I reached out directly to confirm several important details missing from the site. They responded within three business days and were polite, but the answers leaned vague and light on detail, leaving some of my questions unanswered.

There’s also mention of a “customized plan” with supportive texts, but no explanation of what that includes, and these features don’t appear in the checkout menu. Cheap on paper doesn’t equal real value when the basics are this inconsistent.
