How to Use the Calculator

  1. Under "Input," fill in the two fields highlighted in yellow, if both are applicable. The first field, "Date BFPC LOA Signed," is optional for providing prenatal contact info, but should not be filled in if the LOA was signed after the infant was born.
  2. Click "Calculate" to populate the dates under "Results...".
