Recently, you received a letter from our office informing you that for profit centers may be eligible to participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) if they have at least 25% of enrolled children eligible for free or reduced price (F/RP) meals. These centers may be eligible to claim retroactively back to December 21, 2000. If your center/facility has at least 25% of enrolled children eligible for F/RP meals and you are claiming retroactively to December 21, 2000, please complete the enclosed forms. Included are:
